Ontoanetse Consulting partners with its sister organisation, Usilwele NPO, which is a non-profit company (NPC) with a special focus on empowering women and youth in underserved communities through access to education, training, and employment.

Our mission is to enable every worthy person — regardless of geography — to realise their full potential and to improve their current lives.

Together with Usilwele NPC, we aspire to unlock funding opportunities for women and youth in rural and township areas who would otherwise be excluded.

Our aim is to run community-based skills and job placement programmes that link training to economic opportunity. We provide grassroots mentorship and entrepreneurship support to ensure sustainable development.
