Youth Focused Interventions

Ontoanetse Consulting commenced Youth Focused initiatives in 2015 with the aim of redressing inequalities brought about by the continued challenge of access to education and employment opportunities facing Young People in South Africa.
OC Consulting realises that Youth is not homogenous and cannot be treated the same. Our support /skills development initiatives are designed to promote access to the various categories of young and discouraged people in SA. Our thinking is not around being a one-stop shop solution but rather being the “thread” that assist young people to unlock Barriers to Success through collaborative partnerships that address the skills gaps they face in their transitions from school to work.
